Ordering Policy
We do not sell direct to the public, but only through Authorized Distributors.  If you are not an Authorized Distributor and wish to order our products, Click Here to locate a Distributor in your area.

• Orders (if faxed or mailed) must be received on your purchase order or letterhead.
• An acknowledgement will be mailed promptly.
• All catalog prices include a straight-line imprint.
• All copy must be submitted typed and clearly legible.
• Imprint areas vary by item.  See information on each item page.
• Layout for imprinting will be at the factory’s discretion, except where specific artwork has been submitted.
• Cancellations: Cancelled orders are subject to all charges incurred to date of cancellation.  Complete orders cannot be cancelled.

We ship exact quantities:
No Overruns-No Underruns

Production Time
Our normal production time is about ten working days.  Large orders may require more time.

Rush Service
There is no charge for rush service.
Please call Waldor to discuss the ship date and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  In order to meet your in hands date, we may have to upgrade the shipping method to Air. 

Repeat Orders
When you place a repeat order, please refer to your Purchase Order Number, Date order was placed and our Invoice Number.  There is no Plate/Cutcharge for repeat orders.
Art is kept on file for three (3) years.

Less Than Minimum

• On Combs, add $5.00(G)
  
• Items priced less than $1.00 at 250 quantity, add $10.00(G)
  
• Items price more than $1.00 at 250 quantity, add $15.00(G)
  
• Advantage Items add $5.00 (G)

Split Shipment
Split shipments are $3.00 net each

Change of Copy

• On Combs add $5.00(G) per change
• Items priced less than $1.00 at 250 quantity, add $10.00(G) per change
• Items priced more than $1.00 at 250 quantity, add $15.00(G) per change

Second Side Imprint
(Where Possible)

• On Combs, add $5.00(G) set up charge
  plus $0.05(G) each running charge
  
  
• Items priced less than $1.00 at 250 quantity, add $10.00(G) set up charge
  plus $0.10(G) each running charge.

• Items priced more than $1.00 at 250 quantity, add $15.00(G) set up charge
  plus $0.15(G) each running charge.

Two Color Imprint
(Where possible)
500 pieces minimum required. 
Use same pricing as for second side imprinting

Plate/Cutcharge
When artwork is submitted, the cutcharge is $40.00(G)

Curve Copy
If we have to curve copy for you, add $12.00(G) per line, plus $40.00(G) cutcharge

Proofs
Paper Proofs are $12.00(G)
Product Proofs are $40.00(G)

Spec Samples
Spec Samples are $40.00(G).  If artwork is submitted, there is a $40.00(G) cutcharge. 
If you place an actual order using this same artwork, we will not charge you a cutcharge for the new order.

Protective Packaging
On Combs (Cello Bags) add $0.07(G) each
All other items (Poly Bags) add $0.10(G) each

COD Shipments
If a COD shipment is requested, our fee is $10.00(G)

Overruns/Underruns
We always ship exact quantity ordered at no extra charge.

Our imprinting method is Hotstamping

Imprint Colors
Our imprint colors available are: White, Black, Gold, Silver, Red, Royal Blue, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Green, Dark Green, Teal, Brown, Burgundy, Yellow, Purple, Pink, Orange.
We do not match PMS colors.

Type Styles Available
We have over 30 typestyles available at no charge.  See below for a few samples. Our most commonly used typestyle is Helvetica.  We will use our judgment when setting your copy unless we have specific instructions from you.

Samples and Catalogs Policy
Our sample policy is as follows:
We will mail you up to 2 samples at no charge.  Additional, are billed at EQP plus shipping.
We will mail you up to 3 Catalogs at no charge.  Additional, are billed at $1.00 net each plus shipping.

All Samples and Catalogs are subject to Rebate.

Rebate Policy
All samples and catalogs are subject to a 5% sample rebate up to their cost and applied to orders received during this year.  Minimum yearly sales: $1000.00.  To qualify, all imprinted samples must be purchased before August 30 of this year and all catalogs and sales aids before September 30 of this year.

Shipping Information
All shipments are F.O.B. New Jersey. 
Our Shipping method is UPS.  If another Air method is requested, please supply us with the carrier’s account number.

Terms
Open Account customers have Net 30 day terms.
Customers that do not have Open Account should mail us a check with order or use their credit card for payment.
We accept Visa and MasterCard for all orders.
